If you have an appliance breakdown, contact the Domestic Repair Centre and we will aim to have an engineer with you the next working day (depending on location)

Keeping you informed

When booking an appointment, it is initially booked for the day of your choice between 7 am and 6 pm. On on the evening before the appointment day, our engineer will contact you advising of a time window during which they will arrive on-site. This means, if you are leaving work, you can schedule a few hours off rather than sitting in all day.

Extensively stocked vans

Our service engineers all carry an extensive van stock at all times and with their experience of the products we alter these stocks according to the new appliances. However, we may need to first call and inspect the appliance to determine which and what parts are required. If the engineer does not have the required spare part/s on their van, you will not be charged for the return visit to fit these parts.
